Negotiations During Term of Agreement. 37.1 The parties to this Agreement confirm the desirability of settling by mutual agreement, during the term of this Agreement, any matter that is a source of dissatisfaction to either party, the settlement of which requires a change in such Collective Agreement and agree to take every reasonable means to resolve any such matter during the term of this Agreement.
