Negotiations Inclusive Clause. During the negotiations of this Agreement, each party made proposals and counterproposals. This Agreement encompasses and incorporates all such proposals. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement, during its term, shall cover all negotiable items, proposals, and subjects concerning wages, hours and conditions of employment.
