Common use of Negotiations Sessions Clause in Contracts

Negotiations Sessions. 4.3.1 Only members of the respective negotiation teams may be present during negotiation sessions. Other parties may be permitted to be present only by mutual agreement of the parties. 4.3.2 No recordings or official transcripts shall be made without mutual agreement of the parties. 4.3.3 Negotiations will be conducted at the times, dates and places mutually agreed upon by the parties. The time, date, place and agenda of subsequent sessions will be set by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the close of each negotiation session. 4.3.4 Negotiation meetings shall be scheduled at times which will not interfere with the teacher work day and the educational programs of the district.
