Neighborhood. Adopt effective strategies to achieve the Neighborhood goal. Such activities include but are not limited to: 1. Planning for neighborhood-level improvements across a range of neighborhood assets; 2. Aligning with existing planning processes and activities in the local jurisdiction and/or metropolitan area or county/parish; 3. Planning for neighborhood economic development activities; and 4. Developing a viable financing plan to implement the Neighborhood plan.
