Neither Party May Constrain. If: (a) at least one meeting has been held in accordance with clause 7.3; and (b) the parties have been unable to reach an outcome identified in 7.3(a) to (c); and (c) either of the parties (acting in good faith) forms the view that the dispute is reasonably unlikely to be resolved in accordance with a process agreed under clause 7.3; then that party may, by 14 days notice in writing to the other(s), terminate the dispute resolution process in respect of that dispute. The termination of the process set out in this clause 7 does not of itself amount to a breach of the Agreement.
