Net Adjusted Leverage Ratio. Beginning with the fiscal quarter ending June 29, 2021 and continuing for each fiscal quarter occurring thereafter, the Net Adjusted Leverage Ratio shall not exceed 4.75 to 1.00 as of the last day of such fiscal quarter. For the avoidance of doubt, the Net Adjusted Leverage Ratio shall be calculated on an annualized basis for the fiscal quarter ending June 29, 2021, as set forth in the definition of “Net Adjusted Leverage Ratio”.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any Fiscal Quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio The Borrower will cause the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio to be less than (a) 4.00 to 1.00 at all times during the period from the Effective Date to and including December 30, 2009, (b) 3.75 to 1.00 at all times during the period from December 31, 2009 to and including December 30, 2010 and (c) less than 3.50 to 1.00 at all times thereafter.
