Net Rated Output Capacity Testing. Buyer shall have the right to request a Capacity Test as set forth in Appendix VI, to determine the Net Rated Output Capacity. The resulting Net Rated Output Capacity shall remain in effect until the next Capacity Test requested by Buyer.
