Netting Rights. SCE reserves the right to net amounts that would otherwise be due to Seller under this Agreement in payment of any amounts: (a) Owing to SCE by Seller arising out of, or related to, this Agreement; or (b) Owed to SCE by Seller arising out of, or related to, any other SCE agreement, tariff, obligation or liability. Nothing in this Section 3.04 shall limit SCE’s rights under applicable tariffs, other agreements or Applicable Laws.
