Common use of NETWORK COMMERCIAL FEES Clause in Contracts

NETWORK COMMERCIAL FEES. A. The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, it will not withdraw any commercial fees which were being paid to Newswriters prior to the date of this Agreement on a program produced by the Company, so long as that program remains on the air on a commercial network basis. The Company further agrees that it will not cancel or alter the format of such program to evade the obligations of this Paragraph.
