Network Connectivity. BHCS cannot guarantee that the District network will be up and running 100% of the time. When the network is down, the District will not be responsible for inaccessible, lost, or missing data. When students save documents as instructed, this will not be a problem.
Network Connectivity. Flexera Software will manage network connectivity from the Equipment into the hub or switch at the Data Center, to the points where Flexera Software's wide area network ("WAN") (including the Data Center backbone and other high-speed links leased for the Data Center) terminates at designated exchange points with other IP backbone carriers. Such network connectivity will encompass fully redundant dedicated connections to the Internet.
Network Connectivity. Intrado will provide and install redundant MPLS connectivity and network communications equipment from Intrado’s A9-1-1 network to the Intrado Point of Interconnect (POI) located at the Customer’s hosted CPE location(s). Intrado will provide necessary back-office routers and LAN switches to facilitate this connectivity. This network may only be used by Customer in connection with the use of Intrado’s Services.

Network Connectivity. United, at its sole expense, will provide and maintain or arrange for the provision of network connectivity with sufficient bandwidth to Contractor, including without limitation redundancy and firewall changes that may be required from time to time. This connectivity will include a minimum of one (1) dedicated circuit. If only one (1) dedicated circuit is used, then Contractor must also use a backup connection or virtual product network via the internet. United, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to determine the optimal number of network connections and to remove any network connections determined to be in excess. Contractor, at its sole expense, will provide and maintain a valid dispatch office site with network connectivity for business continuity purposes. Contractor will test the site annually to ensure that it is functional for its purposes. Contractor will be solely responsible for, and United will have no obligations or duties with respect to, the dispatch of Contractor’s flights. For the purposes of this Exhibit I, the term “dispatch” shall include, but will not be limited to, all planning of aircraft itineraries and routings, fueling and flight release. Contractor, at its sole expense, will participate in United’s automated vendor identification number process. This process is a daily file in a specific format which manages the United vendor identification numbers. The identification numbers are used for system access and pass travel benefits. Contractor, at its sole expense, will provide accurate real time flight and crew information to the designated United system (including without limitation updates of irregularities) via the designated transmission mechanism. Data shall include, but not be limited to: ● Estimated Departure/Arrival Times; ● Brake Release; ● Wheel Movement (forward and backward, including first movement after Actual Out Time) ● Actual Out/Off/On and In Times; ● Aircraft assignments; ● Irregular Ops; and o Cancel, Re-instate, Diversion, No-Stop, Extra flying, Return to blocks or Field; ● Flight Plan Enroute Time; ● Operating/Deadheading Crew Names; ● Operating Crew Routings (connect from / to); and ● Operating crew time per applicable contract or legal parameters. Contractor, at its sole expense, will provide United’s designated representatives web access to its Flight Operations System for Flight/Crew Departure Papers and other necessary data requested by United. Network Connectivity. During the Term of the Agreement, GlobalLogic and Client may decide that it is mutually beneficial to establish network connectivity between their two companies. Such connections must only be used for their expressed business purpose. If the connection is to be used by individual employees or agents of GlobalLogic, GlobalLogic will notify Client whenever any such employees or authorized agents of GlobalLogic terminate employment. Additionally, if access to Client assets is no longer a business requirement for access, GlobalLogic will notify Client in a timely manner of the same. GlobalLogic shall notify Client in writing upon a change in the user base for the work performed over the network connection or whenever a change in the connection and/or functionality requirements of the network connection is necessary. Client reserves the right to monitor all activity over such connections to ensure appropriate use. GlobalLogic may be required to install a Client vulnerability scanner on any network(s) dedicated to supporting this engagement which will connect to Client. GlobalLogic will be required to provide network separation between those resources supporting this engagement and those supporting other clients. Additionally, workstations and laptops must be configured to meet specific security standards defined by Client. Network Connectivity. XXX will provide network connectivity for any server(s) provided by the Hosting Services. The server(s) will reside in SAM’s Auckland business premises. The Customer will connect to the server(s) via data circuits, internet or other appropriate communication media; such connections into the XXX hosted environment to be secured and managed as required by XXX staff. XXX will provide server resource to support Customer’s software application. Unless specifically otherwise stated, servers are virtualised with fully configured RAID failover and supported by off-site backups. XXX is responsible for implementing, supporting and replacing hardware components should a failure occur. Should the Customer specify an operating system, XXX will only run vendor-supported versions of the operating system. The Customer will be notified about any changes in the support status of the operating system version. Customer is responsible for ensuring that their software application is compatible with the supported version of the operating system unless the software application is a XXX product in which case XXX is fully responsible for compatibility. Servers will be physically located in the XXX computer room which is an environmentally controlled space. Only authorized staff are permitted in this room. Servers are connected to UPS backup power sources, with motor generator backup for extended power outages. In the event of any power outage, UPS backup provides initial “up time” during which the generator is prepared and connected - the generator can then provide electricity indefinitely.
