Common use of Network (Floating) Licenses Clause in Contracts

Network (Floating) Licenses. If Customer acquires a Network License, access to and use of the Software will be controlled by the Customer Computer(s) (license server(s)) and Authorized Users may access and use the Software on machines served by the license server, provided that access to and use of the Software at any one time does not exceed the number of floating licenses acquired by Customer for that Software. In addition to any other restrictions set forth herein, Software licensed under a Network License may only be accessed or used by Authorized Users in the country where the Installation Site is located.
