Network Management Services. The role of DISTRICT is strategic and critical to the success of the services provided to its schools, district offices, other educational & school and career related facilities it may have. This Agreement stipulates the responsibilities of all Parties related to the service and support of DISTRICT’S status for termination of its network transport and for provisioning its Internet access xxx XXXXX/X00XXX xxx XXXXXXXXXXXXXX-X00XXX. SUPERINTENDENT and DISTRICT agree to work collaboratively to assure network connectivity, Internet access and bandwidth to CENIC/K12-HSN for DISTRICT. Herein, DISTRICT chooses to terminate its own transport circuits for SUPERINTENDENT services and/or Internet access via CENIC/K12HSN within the property of SUPERINTENDENT and agrees to the following terms, conditions, and provisions related to such services. SUPERINTENDENT shall provide the following services:
A. Primary DNS and/or secondary services for .x00.xx.xx B. Configuration, link aggregation and other services to provision Internet bandwidth at SUPERINTENDENT L3 device end. Internet bandwidth is provisioned via CENIC/K12- HSN.
C. Notification of bandwidth usage, history of bandwidth usage and other usage statistics upon demand.
D. Responses and notifications to complaints made by external entities involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). DISTRICT agrees to expediently resolve such issues internally within District. (Also required by CENIC/K12-HSN Letter of Agency (LoA) terms and conditions).
E. Notifications to and responses on behalf of DISTRICT regarding complaints by external parties about spam originating from DISTRICT’S network block. (Also required by CENIC/K12-HSN LoA terms and conditions).
F. Forwarding to DISTRICT and responding to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other related security agencies at the federal and state level regarding suspicious activity on networks. SUPERINTENDENT also may provide remediation suggestions to DISTRICT, if known.
G. Provide an alternate path to the Internet, where and if provisioned by CENIC/K12-HSN, should a primary CENIC/K12-HSN device or Internet access circuit fail at a SUPERINTENDENT Node location.
A. The agreed upon maximum committed bandwidth-rate will be negotiated annually based upon DISTRICT’S current utilization and projected growth needs for each agreement term. Network Management Services. Sprint's Network Systems Internet Services (NSIS) organization provides customers with responsive, integrated management of services for the detection, reporting, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bridge D-3 1/30/95 analysis, and correction of troubles. This group is accountable to customers for the end-to-end management of network services. The Internet Network Service Center (INSC) is the group that actually monitors customer router networks. The Enterprise Internet Engineering (EIE) group is responsible for the configuration and design of a customers network. Sprint will provide Customer with router network management services including Single Point of Contact, Trouble Ticket Handling, Maintenance Coordination, 24 X 7 Proactive Network Monitoring and Fault Management, Out of Band Dial-in Network Management Access, Configuration Management, and Router Network Engineering.
A. SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year, Sprint's Internet Network Service Center (INSC) provides a single point of contact for troubles (Routers and Transport) associated with the managed router service. Trouble reports are received from the customer's help desk via a domestic toll-free number.
Network Management Services. 1. The Network Management Services pricing is based on the Resource Volume Baselines contained in Exhibit C-1.
2. The Network Management billable Resource Units are defined as follows:
Network Management Services. LAN Management
I. Management of Router, Proxy Server, Switches, Hubs, I/O Ports/Boxes and cabling.
II. Ensure complete connectivity of the computers with respective networks.
Network Management Services. During the Transition Period, Seller shall provide, or cause to be provided, those network management services, including engineering and operations services, necessary to provide Services to SME Customers, and operate the Network Operations Center ("NOC"), in each case, as, and in the manner, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit 2.1 (the "Network Management Services"), subject to any service levels, termination of service or rights, conditions or policies applicable to Buyer and Seller as set forth in this Agreement.
Network Management Services. NRBN shall provide network surveillance and fault management services to the CUSTOMER in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement on a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day basis. NRBN shall provide management of names and addresses during NRBN’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Network Management Services. Throughout the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTING PROVIDER shall:
(a) Establish, maintain and administer a network of Represented Providers in the State of Connecticut that are available to provide Covered Services in accordance with this Agreement.
(b) Enter into Participating Provider agreements only with providers that are accepted by Anthem BC&BS as Participating Providers. CONTRACTING PROVIDER shall ensure that all Represented Providers are contracted with CONTRACTING PROVIDER substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit B. CONTRACTING PROVIDER shall not modify, amend or change any term or condition of the Participating Provider agreements attached hereto as Exhibits B, nor shall CONTRACTING PROVIDER modify, amend or change the standard form of its contracts with Participating Providers from that of either Exhibit B, without the prior written consent of Anthem BC&BS, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. CONTRACTING PROVIDER will provide Anthem BC&BS with thirty (30) days advance notice of any proposed change to the Participating Provider Agreement and Anthem BC&BS shall respond. to proposed changes within 30 days of receipt of said revisions. CONTRACTING PROVIDER shall use its best efforts to ensure that Represented Providers comply with the terms of their respective agreements, which agreements are attached hereto as Exhibits B. CONTRACTING PROVIDER shall keep the agreements between CONTRACTING PROVIDER and represented Providers on file, and, upon request, shall provide Anthem BC&BS with copies thereof. Anthem BC&BS shall have the right to inspect and copy such agreements and all other records of CONTRACTING PROVIDER relating to the CONTRACTING PROVIDER Network.
(c) Monitor Represented Providers for their continued compliance with all applicable Credentialing/ReCredentialing criteria and with the Utilization/Quality Management Programs.
(d) Maintain a sufficient number of Represented Providers to provide (i) convenient access to Members, (ii) convenient hours of operation, and (iii) convenient services. The determination of whether the foregoing requirements are met shall be made by Anthem BC&BS, in its reasonable business judgment. In the event Anthem BC&BS determines that the CONTRACTING PROVIDER Network does not meet the standards established by Anthem BC&BS from time to time, Anthem BC&BS shall notify CONTRACTING PROVIDER of the specific aspects in which the CONTRACTING PROVIDER Network fails to meet Anthem...
Network Management Services. The scope of work under network management services would include -
a. FMS vendor shall have knowledge of Configuration/Reconfiguration/deployment and Management of various policies like Security policies, Access policy, IP Policy, routing policy, firewall policies etc. including but not limited to opening/closing of specific ports on network devices.
b. FMS vendor shall have knowledge of Performance tuning to ensure resilient performance, reliability and high availability of the network services.
c. The FMS vendor shall coordinate with RSWAN/City wide network Team for integration of RSWAN/city wide network with CCC Network.
Network Management Services. 2.7.1. Identifying LAN/WAN faults and getting them resolved.
Network Management Services. 1.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 below, the termination compensation that the Customer must pay in the event that the Contract or Network Management Service is terminated before the end of the Minimum Period and clause 13.6 of the Conditions applies is set out below:
(a) For termination prior to the Operational Service Date:- • Any Network Installation and Consultancy Charges as yet to be invoiced.
(b) For termination during the first year of the Minimum Period of Service:- • The complete annual service charge for the remainder of the first year, and twenty percent (20%) of the annual service charge specified in the Order for the remainder of the Minimum Period of Service.
(c) For termination after completion of the first year of the Minimum Period of Service:- • Twenty percent (20%) of the annual service charge specified in the Order for the remainder of the Minimum Period of Service.
1.2 Where Network Installation & Consultancy Services are to be amortised over the Minimum Period of Service, BT will invoice for, and the Customer will pay, any remaining installments as yet uninvoiced in the event of termination for the reasons detailed in paragraph 1.1.
