Network Technical Requirements, Standards and Notices. 1.7.1 Each Party will provide the services in this Agreement to the other Party at a standard equal in quality to that provided to itself or to any subsidiary, affiliate, or any other party to which such Party provides interconnection. Either Party may request, and the other Party will provide, to the extent technically feasible, services that are superior or lesser in quality than the providing Party provides to itself provided, however, that such services shall be considered Special Requests.
