New Business Request. 2.1 OneTone also shall be permitted to request the development of new or modified facilities or service options which may not be required by the Act. Procedures applicable to requesting the addition of such elements, services and options are specified in this Attachment. A NBR is to be used by OneTone to make a request of BellSouth for a new or modified feature or capability of an existing product or service, a new product or service that is not deployed within the BellSouth network or operations and business support systems, or a new or modified service option that was not previously included in this Agreement (Requested NBR Services) and is not required by the Act.
