New Classifications Duties. (a) Notice of New Positions In the event the Employer shall establish a new position, the wage rate for the new position shall be established by the Employer and written notice shall be given to the Union. The wage rate shall be considered as agreed unless the Union objects to the proposed wage rate within 30 days of notification.
