New Customer Integration Plan. Within twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date, the MSI, with the support of the Service Component Providers, shall provide a detailed plan that documents how new DIR Customers will be integrated into the existing Services. Such plan should include a strategy for sharing infrastructure and transition costs with all DIR Customers equally.
