New donors. The Trust Fund is open to contributions from EU Member States or bodies designated by them for that purpose, and, subject to Articles 5.2(e) and 3.1(e), to third countries and other contributors. By contributing to the Trust Fund and signing a contribution certificate, the new donors shall adhere to the Constitutive Agreement, which they undertake to respect.
