New Employee Orientation/Training Clause Samples

The New Employee Orientation/Training clause establishes the employer's obligation to provide introductory training and orientation to newly hired employees. Typically, this involves familiarizing new staff with company policies, workplace procedures, safety protocols, and job-specific responsibilities, often within a set timeframe after employment begins. By ensuring that new employees receive consistent and comprehensive onboarding, this clause helps promote workplace safety, efficiency, and compliance, while also reducing the risk of misunderstandings or errors during the initial period of employment.
