New Employee Orientation/Training Clause Samples
The New Employee Orientation/Training clause establishes the employer's obligation to provide introductory training and orientation to newly hired employees. New Employee Orientation/Training. The District shall conduct an orientation/training session for all new hires within the first month of employment. The District shall provide paid release time for the Union President or Designee and all newly hired classified employees during the first month of hire to attend an orientation developed by the District and/or CSEA.
