NEW EMPLOYEES / COPIES OF THE AGREEMENT. The Employer agrees to make the Collective Agreement available on the Intranet and Internet and to provide each employee with a copy of the Agreement at the beginning of their initial employment. The Union and the Employer agree to each pay 50% of the production costs of sufficient copies of the Agreement. The Employer agrees to distribute copies of any revised Agreement to all members of the Union. Up to fifteen (15) minutes will be provided to a Union representative to introduce newly hired employees to the Union during the orientation of union members.
