New Equipment. Whenever a piece of power equipment is purchased, the question of whether or not a bonus shall be paid shall be negotiated by the Union and the Employer. Employees required to furnish their own tools in the performance of their duties shall, upon producing a broken or worn out tool have same replaced by the Employer. Effective August it is agreed by the parties that the Trades Mechanic and Working wage rates includes compensation for providing their own tools.
