New Franchises. This Agreement is non-exclusive. Franchisee acknowledges the City’s rights to grant one or more competing franchises.
New Franchises. Nothing herein contained shall restrict the ability of either party to add new members and/or enter into licensing of additional retail programs, consistent with historical practice.
New Franchises. Section 4.20 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth all of the Franchise Agreements that have been executed but for which the school for such new franchise (“New Franchise”) has not yet opened for business and, to the Actual Knowledge of the Sellers and subject to customary variances, such New Franchises are expected to open for business in a timely manner.
