Licenses definition

Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.22 hereof.
Licenses means the Copyright Licenses, the Trademark Licenses and the Patent Licenses.
