NEW JERSEY PREVAILING WAGE ACT. Each sub-consultant or Contractor hired by the Consultant shall comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 through 56.46, and all amendments thereto, and this Act is hereby made a part of every agreement entered into on behalf of the State of New Jersey through the Department of the Treasury, except those agreements which are not within the contemplation of the Act.
