Common use of NEW LOCATIONS Clause in Contracts

NEW LOCATIONS. Upon storing Inventory at any location other than those listed in Section 5.2.1 to the Note Purchase Agreement, the Grantor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain, within ninety (90) days of storing Inventory at such location, a duly executed landlord consent permitting the First Lien Agent to remove the personal property of the Note Parties from such location.
