Common use of New - Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

New - Miscellaneous. The BSC and the BEU recognize that from time to time miscellaneous day-to-day issues arise. Some examples are the need for use of a private room, telephone, computer, etc. or the fact that parking spaces reserved for BPS employees are unlawfully being used by outsiders. The BSC and the BEU agree that if such an issue arises, the administrator should go to the appropriate representative of the BSC. In the event the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the administrator, he/she may refer it to a joint committee consisting of one representative each designated by the BSC and BEU. It is also understood that this is not intended to add or subtract from the rights and obligations of the parties under the collective bargaining agreement.
