Common use of New Nominee of DTC Clause in Contracts

New Nominee of DTC. Upon delivery by DTC to the Global Agent of written notice to the effect that DTC has determined to substitute a new nominee in place of Cede & Co., and subject to the provisions hereof with respect to the payment of distributions by the mailing of checks or drafts to the registered Holders of Book-Entry Notes appearing as registered owners in the Note Register on a Record Date, the name “Cede & Co.” in this Agreement shall refer to such new nominee of DTC.
