New or Revised Position Description a. When an employee is assigned additional major duties, for twelve (12) months or more, not reflected in his/her current position description, Management will determine the appropriate process for modifying the position description. If appropriate, Management will revise the position description to reflect the changes in accordance with Section 1 above.
b. When a new position description has been approved and classified, the supervisor and the employee will review and discuss the new position description and any associated performance measures and elements.
c. If the Union requests copies of bargaining unit position descriptions they will be provided to the Union on a case by case basis.
