New Positions and Classifications. New classifications created by the employer will be evaluated for banding and grading as required by statute and assigned to a bargaining unit. If the parties are unable to agree on whether a position belongs in the bargaining unit, the matter shall be forwarded to the BMS for a unit clarification hearing to decide the issue.
