Common use of New Practices and Procedures Clause in Contracts

New Practices and Procedures. The Employer will inform the Union as soon as possible of the planned implementation of any new equipment, medical treatment and/or processes. Employees who are affected by any new equipment, medical treatment and/or processes shall be provided, prior to implementation, with the strongest feasible protection from hazards including but not limited to engineering controls, personal protective equipment, safer substitutes, and proper education and training.
