New Product Resources or Reserves. If the Payor establishes a new mineral resource or mineral reserve on the Property, the Payor shall provide to the Recipient the reports pertaining to such mineral resource or mineral reserve as soon as practicable after the Payor makes its first public disclosure with respect to the establishment thereof.
