Common use of New Products/Services Clause in Contracts

New Products/Services. A Contractor may propose a revision to its contract offerings to reflect technical product upgrades or other changed products and/or services appropriate to the scope of the Contract. These proposed new products/services with associated pricing may be provided to the MCC Contract Administrator for approval. Contract Administrator has the sole discretion to accept or reject such product/service offerings and pricing. New or changed products/services proposed by Contractor must meet the requirements established in the original solicitation document or subsequent revisions. If approved by MCC, the new products/services will be added to the Contract by written amendment.
