New Schedules and Exhibits. The Existing Securities Purchase Agreement shall be further amended to add the following new schedules and exhibits thereto: (i) Exhibit A-1, entitled “Form of Amended and Restated Notes”, shall be added to the Existing Securities Purchase Agreement, with such exhibit to be in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to this Agreement and each Other Amendment Agreement. (ii) Exhibit A-2, entitled “Form of New Notes”, shall be added to the Existing Securities Purchase Agreement, with such exhibit to be in the form attached as Exhibit A-2 to this Agreement and each Other Amendment Agreement. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
