Secretary Certificate definition

Secretary Certificate means a certificate provided to Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, that provides certified copies of each Obligor’s Constituent Documents, authorizing resolutions and incumbency signatures.
Secretary Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.
