New Services to Agreement. The Parties will agree in writing to the addition of new Services during the term of this Agreement, where after such new Services will be incorporated into the definition of Services as defined. The Service Provider will be responsible for initiating and ensuring completion of the new Services. These Services will further be incorporated into the scope of work to be carried out by the Service Provider. Changes to the Services may be reviewed on a regular basis upon written request made by either Party. Such changes will be effected by following the process described in Clause 15.1 above.
