Changes to the Service Level Agreement. This agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by all parties. The agreement will be reviewed on an annual basis. Minor changes to the agreement, mutually endorsed by all parties, will be amended in the existing document. Major changes will require re-negotiation and re-issue of the agreement.

Changes to the Service Level Agreement. If either party wish to cancel or terminate the SLA they should do so in writing giving 3 months/ 1 term’s notice. Any outstanding monies should be paid/ returned.

Where possible, an increase in sessions will be accommodated although there is no guarantee due to our existing capacity which is agreed following the original requests at beginning of year.
