NEW STAFF ORIENTATION. 9.1 The Human Resources Department will notify the President of the Association of the names of new Members prior to their first day of employment. 9.2 A representative of the Association will be given the opportunity to meet with new Members at a monthly Orientation Session arranged by the Association. The monthly session will be limited to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes per month, within regular hours, with no loss of compensation and benefits.
