New Successor Addendum. Retailer may cancel an executed successor addendum in writing at any time prior to the death or incapacity of a Principal Owner. The Company may cancel an executed successor addendum only if the proposed Principal Owner(s) no longer meets the selection criteria to become an Authorized Retailer. The parties may execute a superseding successor addendum by agreement.
