These rights are called 'Consumer Guarantees’. Accordingly, our products and services come with Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Laws. Through your local authorized distributor in New Zealand, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a substantial fault or failure with our products and services. For minor faults or failures, you are entitled to have the relevant products repaired or replaced, or relevant services resupplied to ensure your Consumer Guarantees under the Consumer Laws are met.
