New Zealand consumer laws such as the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 (Consumer Laws) protect consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy products and services. Through your local authorized distributor in New Zealand, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a substantial fault or failure with our products and services.
