Newbridge Responsibilities. Newbridge shall be responsible for: -------------------------- 1.2.1 Verifying and maintaining compliance of the Vendor Product integrated with Newbridge cards and modules to the applicable Standards. 1.2.2 Advising Millitech of any design changes to the Vendor Product as required for compliance of the Vendor Product to the applicable Standards. 1.2.3 Pursuing regulatory approvals as required on the Vendor Product integrated with Newbridge cards and modules and in accordance with Section 1.5 of this Schedule B.
