Newly Appointed and Recently Promoted Staff. Members hired or promoted after July 1 shall be exempted from the automatic salary adjustment for the following January 1. The Township may, however, xxxxx said increase based upon a performance evaluation to be conducted by the department head and reviewed by the Township Manager.
