Common use of Newly Employed Clause in Contracts

Newly Employed. The first twelve (12) calendar months of service of newly hired or rehired employees. (The probationary period for rehired employees may be modified or waived at the discretion of the EMPLOYER, provided such modification or waiver is stated in writing.)

Newly Employed. The first twelve (12) calendar months of service of newly hired hired, rehired or rehired reinstated employees. (The probationary period for rehired reinstated employees may be modified or waived at the discretion of the EMPLOYER, provided such modification or waiver is stated in writing.)
