Common use of Newmark Employees Clause in Contracts

Newmark Employees. On or prior to the Distribution Effective Time, BGC Partners and Newmark will take all actions reasonably required to ensure that each Newmark Employee is employed by or is a service provider of a member of the Newmark Group. From and after the Distribution Effective Time, each Newmark Employee shall continue to be an employee or service provider, as applicable, of a member of the Newmark Group, unless such Newmark Employee’s employment or services with the applicable member of the Newmark Group terminates for any reason prior to such date.
