News Release. The Parties will consult with each other prior to issuing any press release or other public statement regarding the Properties or Other Asset or the activities of the Optionee or the Optionor with respect thereto. In addition, each Party will obtain prior approval from the other Party, which will not unreasonably be refused, before issuing any press release or public statement using the other Party's name or the names of any of the other Party's assignees or of any of the officers, directors or employees of the other Party or of its assignees.
