Common use of Nezávislé smluvní strany Clause in Contracts

It is agreed by the parties that Provider and Principal Investigator are acting in the capacity of independent contractors hereunder and not as employees, agents or joint venturers of or with Sponsor. Neither Provider nor Principal Investigator shall have any authority to represent, bind or act on behalf of Sponsor.
