Ninth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Ninth Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and each Lender.

Ninth Amendment. Expansion Space: Expansion Space added pursuant to the Ninth Amendment is comprised of the floors or portions thereof more particularly described in the Ninth Amendment and on the Premises Schedule.
