Common use of NLT’S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

NLT’S OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 Upon request made by the RL in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein, NLT shall provide DC Connections to the RL for the exclusive purpose of providing Enterprise Services.
