Common use of No 4(f) Status Clause in Contracts

No 4(f) Status. It is the Parties’ intention that neither this Agreement nor the Project create or expand the status of any land involved in this Project as a “significant publicly owned public park, recreation area, or wildlife and waterfowl refuge, or any significant historic site,” for purposes of 49 U.S.C. § 303 and 23 C.F.R. 771.135 (“4(f) status”), except as otherwise modified by this Agreement.
