No Access to Others. Institution agrees not to allow access to the MSSNG Database or use of MSSNG Data (free of charge or otherwise), directly or indirectly, to any other Person for any purpose whatsoever other than to Researcher and the Research Team solely for the purposes of the conduct of the Research Project during the Term of this DAA and in accordance with this DAA.
