Common use of NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES Clause in Contracts

NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Unless expressly set forth in this Agreement or in Exhibit 4 as a responsibility of DIR, there shall be no charges, fees, expenses or other amounts payable to Service Provider for the provision of Services. Any costs incurred by Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date are included in the Charges and are not to be separately paid or reimbursed by DIR.
