Common use of No Additional Compensation Authorized Clause in Contracts

Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for additional compensation related to the performance of additional work beyond the scope of the original contract unless the claim for additional compensation is approved and authorized in writing by the Designated OMPA Representative before the commencement of the additional work and complies with the change order process as described in Article 3.5.
